The votes are in and the reigning winners stand alone. Today Lindsey Dunn (1ofMyStories) talks to Amarú Moses of Bitesize Breakdown about the winners of the 2023 NC Film Critics Association movie awards! You can find a written press release with the winners on the group's website.
This is the 12th annual awards for the NC Film Critics, and the group boasts a whopping 27 unique awards including a lifetime achievement award, directorial debut, breakthrough performance, and the Ken Hanke Memorial Tar Heel Award for a movie or person with a North Carolina connection. The conversation covers commentary on each of the winners and why we think these rose to the top. To learn more about the NC Film Critics, visit ncfilmcritics.org or follow on Twitter @NCFilmCritics.
