My review of Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning, Part 1 is live. This action-packed thriller is directed by Christopher McQuarrie (director of Rogue Nation and Fallout), with screenplay co-written by McQuarrie and Erik Jendresen. This is the must-see blockbuster of the summer. While Oppenheimer will bring in the intellectuals and Barbie will bring in the pop culture mavens and TikTok crowds, Mission Impossible is the Top Gun Maverick of 2023.
The movie stars Tom Cruise, Hayley Atwell, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Pom Klementieff, Esai Morales, Simon Pegg, Shea Whigham, Cary Elwes, Ving Rhames, and Henry Czerny.
